As people left work in downtown Chicago, climate activists converged at Pritzker Park then marched past big banks demanding Biden take bold action to #EndFossilFuels. Fridays for Future Chicago, the youth led organization who hosted this march, invited a coalition of environmental organizations and individuals from all backgrounds to join. This Chicago March of 200 people, was part of the bigger global mobilization calling on world leaders to commit to phasing out fossil fuels at the UN Climate Ambition Summit on September 20th 2023.
